Junior Youth Theatre Leader
We are looking for a junior youth theatre leader to assist in youth classes at Theatr Fach Llangefni.
Responsibilities:

Shadowing the leader in the workshops

Be responsible for registering the young people at the start of each session and ensuring that their parents / guardians sign in and out

Assist the Leader with any duties

Be prepared to follow any appropriate training course, eg child protection

Familiarise yourself with the theatre's Child Protection Guidelines and Policy
Essential:
1. It is essential that the successful candidate can speak Welsh.
2. Expected to assist the leader in additional sessions with the youth crew before a production (an additional fee is paid for these sessions)
3. The applicant must be 16 years of age or older
Work hours:
There are two youth sessions for the younger group who are between 6 and 11 years old, and then there is the 2nd group who are between 11 and 14 years old. The sessions take place every Wednesday evening between 18:30 and 20:30. one hour session for each group. The leader and junior leader will be expected to arrive at the theatre a earlier to open up and prepare for the session, and will be expected to stay a little after to tidy and close the building.
Wage:
The deputy leader's salary is £20 per night. (an additional fee is paid during additional sessions held before productions) The wage will be paid at the end of each term.
