Terms and Conditions of Sale

After you buy a ticket, if you want a refund, you must make a request with the theatre, the committee will discuss that request. If the application is successful, we will give you a refund within a month. We will keep the amount of £1 of each ticket purchased when processing the refund to cover costs.

Tickets cannot be resold for profit. Doing so will render the ticket invalid.

Discounted tickets may require proof of eligibility to enter performance.

We have the right to change the prices of unsold tickets, and to introduce and withdraw discounts, special offers and concessions.

We can change the program and get other artists where circumstances dictate.

You may not record (either audio or video) any part of any performance unless specifically authorised to do so.

We reserve the right to refuse entry.

Dicounts

For a child ticket, you must be under 18 at the date of the performance.

For a student ticket, you must be in full-time education at the date of the performance. The performance must advertise student tickets to be able to get a discount, not every performance will offer a student ticket option.

For a pensioner ticket, you must be 60 or over at the date of the performance. The performance must advertise pensioner tickets in order to receive a discount, not all performers will offer a pensioner ticket option.

To purchase a 'Member' ticket. You must have subscribed as a member of the theatre beforehand, you can do that here. The performance must advertise member tickets in order to receive a discount, not all performers will offer a member ticket option.

We are entitled to introduce and cancel discounts. Discounts may not be available for all performances.
